Aryan's Experiment

Posted in

Hey friends!!!

Aryan is back again with his new and fresh column called nahi nahi abhi nahi….thoda karo intizaar! Though Aryan will be writing for a short spell but I guarantee you the wholesome fun, enjoyment, masti and everything you might only have thought of. This time Aryan has planned different for his readers. Really!! He is going to write something you can never even imagine him writing. This time nothing serious or any hard issues, only chilling and fulltush fun. So what you have to do nothing just wait and watch. Trust me you will enjoy to the fullest. Chalo ho gay sab bakwas and all bla bla bla thing… aur jitna bad likh sakta tha likh diya but now coming to the serious point and that’s the column.

About the Column

The column is named as the CeaseFire but it will never have some fire extinguishers or the soft words but in fact will be targeting the loop holes and issues in between friends, mates and others. In other words we refer it to as emotions.

Why ceasefire

The name ceasefire always reminds me of the days when I had confrontation with my classmates over small matters rather trifles though we always tried to nip the evil at its bud and most of the time we were successful but in some cases story was different.

Unique

My worthy readers and my friends know that Aryan is fond of adventures, experiments and discovering new tracks as such this time Aryan is again taking a risk or I can say doing an experiment for his new column. He does not know how much it will be successful but is sure about reaping a good harvest.

Experiment

Though Aryan has decided to continue writing for the amity blog and even the name was decided prior to his move to the new organization for internship but he was not able to decide how to go about rather what should be the content and the format of the column? But finally, only yesterday both things got finalized.  The content or the theme was decided as 'emotions' and the format 'news bulletin'. Don't you feel little odd that what emotions have to do with the news bulletin. This is Aryan's Experiment.  What he is going to do is that there will be whole news bulletin with the stories of the events happening in the lives of Aryan and his acquaintances. The ceasefire will be the extinguisher for the impatient worries and misunderstandings.

Where it all started

Yesterday, Aryan came to know about the theme of ASCO's Fashion Show during AYAM and with no second thought he decided to give it a chance and 'emotions' was finalized but Aryan was little confused even after such a wonderful theme and presentation why ASCO was 2nd? Never mind personal thoughts may vary and decisions of judges are final and have to be respected. Though the theme was decided but Aryan was still not sure about the content quality; he needed more weight age for his personal satisfaction. In the mean time sachin scored a century and then yuvraj hitting 58, Aryan was sure about India not winning this time. But what a day it was as the match progressing Aryan too coming towards satisfaction but he doesn't knew until Ajmal Shehzad hitting a SIX for england and then Grame Swann equalizing the total. In the meantime one of Aryan's friends messaged him that she is lazing around and is alone as her friends have gone to some fest in nearby college. She further described herself as loner, arrogant, short-tempered, impatient and something stubborn. Though Aryan was familiar with these words but for his friend he was not able to judge whether these words mean the same what oxford says? … But on the other side of it Aryan got his ultimate satisfaction and you all will be reading news bulletins on emotions from next Saturday. (Almighty Willing)

Signing off

So with this introduction of ‘CeaseFire’ comes to an end. And Aryan is wishing all the best to ASCO for the upcoming International Media Conference. For my esteemed readers and friends keep reading and do take of yourself. With this Aryan is signing off with a thought that you are going to read, like and love 'CeaseFire' a lot :)

Cheers Habeebi!

Cheers ASCO!!

Birth of A Girl………Still A Burden

Saaransh Jalori
Hello!
Every one needs an encouragement from someone or the other to do something good to achieve something. The person who instigated me and some of my friends expect a bit from a masculine like me.
Through this column ‘An Open Eye’….before getting misrepresented it is a duty of mine to clarify that this column is not biased by Sexual Orientation but An Open Eye wants to lead a path which our open eye ignores which is not justified by our social ethics.
I am not instigating any anti social feelings regarding this societal social issue. If we think that we all are equal then why there is discrimination on the basis of caste, color, creed and sexual orientation. Well !  this situation raised some questions in my mind i.e. why we want this society to become a male chauvinistic society? A male dominating society? Why males are treated equally and women are not treated equally on every aspect of today world where women are in competition with men and where reservations are given to women on every political seat.
So for the first time ‘An Open Eye’ has brought up a crucial issue which still prevails in some backward and tribal areas of this incredible India. And we talk about these poor people, who haven’t seen such Modernized, socialized, cultural urban India, these people are still illiterate, they don’t know the meaning of a Birth of a girl child, they are washing their hands in that Ganga, in those traditions, in those customs and in that pathetic social rural world where if a girl child is born, they kill her because they still consider it as a burden.
So my incredible so called modernized and  socialized urban rural people, we have talked a lot about these poor rural people, now I should speak something about me , you and all of us who are literate and knows the meaning , value and importance of ‘Birth of a girl child’ but still through ‘An Open Eye’ we neglects everything. We still  become sad when a father hears that he has got a girl baby. A Dada when hears that his son’s wife has given birth to a grand daughter he or we becomes sad. For the fact this same happened in my home also. I have seen many rich families who just because they are the followers of their old traditions and customs kills their own girl child when she is born or she is in the womb of the mother. For facts as it is shown in the serial on colours i.e. ‘Naa Is Des Lado’ which is a crime under the eyes of law and under Indian Penal Code.
Why we take a ‘Birth of A Girl Child as a Burden’ can anybody answer my question .What differentiates whether a girl is born or a boy is born. Just because a father , a grand father, a great grand father need a son , a grand son , a great grand son  for holding his property as a legacy and carries it for future generation, how selfish one can become. If I talk in a legal term then according to Hindu Succession Act 2005 every daughter has equal share, equally eligible has a right and can fight for her right to hold her property from her father and from the ancestral property.
Really I always baffle whenever I used to read in the newspaper that a girl child is been killed just because her birth is been taken as a burden, it boils my young blood.
Living In the 21 century I cant understand what this orthodox society wants? If this continues then in spite of living in this incredible modern 21  stage world, we will be on the path of demotion, we are living in a democratic social world where birth of a girl child is taken as a of goddess’ Lakshmi’  and killing a girl by taking it as a burden is not ethical, it is not at all justified in the eyes of law. Remember ‘if nothing is right,  doesn’t mean everything is wrong.
Kindly find answers if you have ethics in this modern 21 century.

The Gazebo

Posted in

Her elbows were resting on Gazebo’s sill. It was a lovely orange morning. Bell sleeves of her white night gown were floating in warm summer air and strands of her wavy hair were covering her face. Suddenly, a distant creak echoed in her ears and she turned around. She saw someone in the wooden corridor. She was fiddling with her long sleeves and waiting or the face to come closer. ‘Who could it be?’ she thought curiously raising her eyebrows. After some time, the face was clear. But she didn’t recognize him. He was a total stranger. She waited for him to come and speak, but he came and passed her by without uttering a single word. She turned around and looked at him, stunned. He was standing exactly where she was couple of moments ago. She went to him, now standing side by side asked, ‘Who are you?’ He smiled without looking at her and said softly ‘I see you here every day and today, I couldn’t resist coming. I want to see the magic, the miracle that you witness here in this Gazebo daily.’  She was still looking at him, after thinking a bit she said ‘Magic, Miracle? No way, there isn’t anything as such, I mean I come here daily and I have never seen anything magical here.’ She turned around and scanned the place quickly.’ No, nothing miraculous here, Nothing at all. What made you think so?’

He still wasn’t looking at her, spoke in a very soft and soothing voice’ Are you sure? Because, I see a miracle here every day, and today, this place has turned even more magical. Tell me, are you the only one who knows about this miraculous Gazebo?’ She turned back at him, irritated now; spoke in a high voice which still sounded soft ‘what are you talking about? There isn’t anything magical or miraculous here. I know this place more than anyone else on earth! And I don’t know any magic. So, Mr. Whomsoever you are, will you finish your baseless, pointless, senseless story now?’ She spoke in a single breath. For the first time after his unusual arrival, he looked her in the eyes. His smile was still on his lips and his face was very calm and soothing. He gripped her shoulders gently ‘Lady, what’s wrong? Why are you so disturbed? Well, you obviously know the magic I’m talking about. You make it happen here, everyday. You know about it, how can you deny this fact when you witness it daily?’ He said.
Her lips pursed, she shrugged. Signalling him she didn’t understand a thing. ‘Ah, let me explain you. Everyday in the morning you come here. Don’t you?’ she nodded. He continued ‘and everyday when you come, you have drops of tears rolling down your cheeks. Your face looks terribly sad. But after some time, when I look at you again, I see you smiling, blooming. Sad grunts changes into lovely songs. Isn’t this magic? This Gazebo makes people happy. It shoos our sadness off. Makes our wishes come true. Isn’t it?’ she let go his hand off her shoulders. Avoiding eye contact she said ‘you have been stalking me? You were keeping a watch over me so that you can make fun of my tears? I know the likes of you. But I’m a hard nut to crack. Listen carefully; there is no magic in here. No miracles nothing! This Gazebo doesn’t make your wishes come true. I cry, because I feel like it and I smile because I want to. Gazebo doesn’t do anything! Yes! I do make wishes; stupid silly wishes which I know won’t come true ever! I ask for someone who exists in the fairytales and not in real. I know he’d never come but I still wish. And my wish hasn’t ever come true.’
She sat down slowly and there were tears in the corner of her eyes. She spoke again ‘please go away! I beg you, I don’t need anyone. Go! Please.’
He smiled again. Bent down and whispered in her ear ‘do you really want me to leave? Yesterday you were sobbing and calling out my name, saying you want me to come to take all your pains away. And today, you want me to go? Are you sure, Pavi?’
She looked at him stunned ‘To you? I used to call my angel not yo…’ and before she could finish her sentence everything faded to black she heard a faint whisper ‘I’m waiting, answer me, Pavi.’
Suddenly everything turned dark. And the next moment everything was bright. She removed her blanket, wore her slippers and ran towards the Gazebo in her white night gown…

Serious, sensitive and stirring.

Vishal Bhardwaj takes a leap from Shakespeare to Greek tragedy. After having successfully rendered Othello and Macbeth in a purely desi idiom, the avant garde film maker transforms Priyanka Chopra into a Medea-laike inferno who is hell-bent on revenge, after she fails to get her due from love and life. Is this leap successful too; First things first. 7 Khoon Maaf is an intensely dark film which unfolds in shadows and silhouettes. So, if you aren't mistakenly looking for entertainment here, you are going to love this half-lit canvas of crime and punishment which lays bare the innermost recesses of a tortured soul. Vishal never once slips and let’s go of his hold on this intense study of grief and grime. From the very first shot, which explodes with a grimacing Priyanka pulling the trigger on God-knows-who, the director inexorably draws you into this welter of passion and crime. All the death play takes place in semi-darkness: an almost outward pouring of an evil soul. And this brings us to the second stirring note of 7 Khoon Maaf. The film is based on a seven-page story by Ruskin Bond. Vishal not only fleshes out the characters and adds immense details to the plot and the narration; he also balances the moral fulcrum at an interesting point. Priyanka may be a murderer, but is she evil? Never. Like all good and realistic crime and passion plays, this one too showcases the protagonist as a woman with a purpose. She may have used poisonous snakes and mushrooms and loaded guns to do away with her husbands, but you don't really blame her. Because somewhere through her dark and devious journey, Suzanna carries the pain of every woman wronged: either by a two-timing husband, a wife-beating husband, a junkie husband, a murderous husband, a dictatorial husband, a sadistic husband, a husband who treats his wife as a sex object. The poor soul has no option but to end her anguish, any way, in terms of performances, 7 Khoon Maaf would undoubtedly end up as a milestone in Priyanka Chopra's career graph. The actor displays exquisite command over a complex character that is definitely a first in Indian cinema. She renders a subtle and restrained portrayal of a lonely and wronged woman who wanted love and only love from life. Amongst her husbands, it is Neil and Irrfan who excel as the brutes, even though it is hard to find fault with any of the characters in a Vishal Bhardwaj film. The music score (Gulzar and Vishal) is riveting too and boasts of the mesmerizing Darrrling number, amongst other tuneful songs. A word about the length: a bit of editing and tightening would make the experience more compelling.

Honor Killings....Are they really so Honorable?

Posted in

The “flipside” brings to you  this week ,  a major social concern that exists widely  even in today’s modern era, an issue that runs a chill through everyone’s spine and according to me a major fault in the societal framework .
Well yes readers, you guessed it right , I am talking about “Honour Killings” or what we call in refined terms customary killing, killing the victim for bringing dishonor to the community or family. Dishonor includes dressing in unacceptable manner, wanting to prevent an arranged marriage and marry on our own choice , engaging in homosexual acts and involvement in non – sexual relationships  considered in appropriate. Such a practice being prevalent in the past is still understandable, if not acceptable, but gory practices like this in today’s time is beyond tolerance.
Everytime I read an honor killing incident in the newspaper, it boils my blood, I can’t understand how people silently accept it and practice it in the name of ‘HONOUR’. If killing your own child, or in that matter any human being in the name of honour, then i suppose I’ll be happy to lead a dishonoured life. In a country where we talk about modernization , development, human rights and democracy , I consider honour killings the biggest dishonour to our country. The question that comes to my mind is what’s wrong in choosing a partner, outside the community, or a partner of the same ‘gotra’ or a partner who belongs to your own family? In the end, it’s our life, our happiness and our choice. We live in a democracy where we have the fundamental freedom to choose , then why can’t we chose our life partner? I will agree to the fact that marrying a person within your family is considered unethical, but ask yourself, it is we who make these rules, it is we who decide what’s ethical and what’s not, so why can’t we change our own mindset!  It’s never hard to accept a change, specially a change that is for the betterment of the society. That was about our mindset and opinion, now coming over to the action. When we felt that the British rule was oppressive, we came together to fight against it, so my simple call for youth today is to come together and raise their voice, if not a hand ,against this gruesome practice of the society. It suffocates me to think, how easily we let go the criminals, or in my terms ruthless murderers and simply sympathize the victims. The victims don’t want sympathy, they want justice.
Living in the 21st century, I simply can’t figure out what this orthodox society wants? If this continues, instead of going ahead and modernizing, we’ll start on a path of demotion. Here, again I’d like to mention a modern society doesn’t mean eroding our morals and ethics or forgetting our cultural roots. But eliminating the malpractices of the society , the hostilities and the mental blocks. Killing in the name of honour, caste or religion,  is not ethical anywhere and no law justifies it. Our country is progressing and so has to our mindsets, break the shackles of the age old notions, find reasons, everything is ethical till we feel it is , everything that is not right, doesn’t mean it is wrong. Search for the answers within.

Walking with your Memories

Posted in

  THE WORLD THROUGH HAZEL EYES

It’s a clear and sunny day to them, but I see silver clouds hanging around me. I keep walking, and it feels like I’m walking in the desert, barefoot. Every tick goes by…aches… like the pulse behind a bruise. I miss those mornings, when vibrations with a sweet text used to wake me up and those times when fortitude of texting back took over my laziness every afternoon. And I miss those long, sleepless, arousing nights too.

My head is filled up with his memories. And in a way, I’m glad…because these memories are my only reminder that he was real…that those times were.

When I look around, flowers don’t fascinate me… I feel like their beauty is lost…like me. And when I look back down, I see the road and I see us there, amused, looking each other in the eyes, as if there is a projector up somewhere.

Seems like I been walking from years, though it’s been a while I stepped out from my home. It’s funny how the distance from home to the park suddenly increased and it never did when we wanted to. Everyday, I stop myself, but I feel like its involuntary, I don’t go there something draws me towards it. And the other reason could be that that’s the only place where I’m me. That’s the only place where I don’t have to wear a fake smile to show the world that I’m fine. And may be because that is the place where my hopes of seeing him… again… come to life.

Those heavy, decayed iron gates are now standing in front of me, shut. Like they were, three years back, when we came here for the first time in search of a lonely place. Who on earth would go to an old carbide factory in search of peace? He would. I open the gate, and get in. I see the boulevard where once we used to walk, linking arms. “Riddhi, every time I come here with you, it feels like heaven” he’d said once.

I’m standing still, starring far down the street. The unceasing drone of the city muffles here. The dusk is sucking all the light around me, literally. There is just a single lamp, illuminated, glaring at me. I ghost past the factory and the workshop. Till now, I tried my best, but whenever I see this park, all my feelings and emotions start flooding this place.

I push the gates open. Darkness of the dead park dissolves all the light coming from the lamp, still glaring at me, from a distance. I move towards the end…the end of my journey. I sit down near the bench, drawing my legs up to my chest. I try … I try a lot, but my tears just don’t stop. Whenever I come here, my brain stops functioning, I go blank.

But it’s for the last time, that I’m coming here. And I’m not alone, I brought something with me. I don’t know how this entire idea would look like to the world. But I’m still doing it. Yes, leaving you a letter where no one comes, not even you, IS stupid. What else can I do?

-

She takes out a letter from her pocket and puts it on the bench and walks back, somewhere.

-

The Letter

Dear love,

When you left…you took everything with you, but your absence is everywhere I look. It’s like a huge hole that’s been punched through my chest. I shout my lungs out, I call you back, but you never come. I have this aching need to hear your voice, in my ears again.

Sometimes I think, is there a possibility, that all I had was just what I longed? Were you real? Were we? You were like the beautiful melody that played in my long nights. And now, when my world is falling apart, I need you, to hug me like the stars hold the moon in the sky, right there where they belong. My life, with you was like a kaleidoscope, filled with colours and light. And now you broke it.

Just give me back those days because I’m mad…mad about you. I want to hold your hands and walk in the park again. I want you to chase me in the woods again I…I want you to kiss me again …like you did, before you left. I cannot not want all this.

And if it was a dream, make me sleep again, forever or comeback. Please.

Nothing’s left unspoken. And there is nothing I can rely upon, except your memories which sometimes bring my smile back…which are always with me when I’m alone…which keep you…alive…in my heart.

Waiting for you to reply.

I miss you. And more than that, I miss being loved

Yours forever

-Riddhi

Riddhi never came back to that park ever again. But still every morning she thinks of him, every sunset she imagines him with her. And foolish though it may seem, she still waits for him to call her back ... to the park.

“The Flipside”

Posted in

When I was asked to start my own column on the blog, I, the person who asked me to write it and all my friends already knew what my take would be. Well what better could they expect from a feminist like me? So here I bring to you “The Flipside”. Well let me clarify all my readers, before they jump to a conclusion that, this is neither an anti male chauvinist column, nor a mahila morcha andolan , but just my way of looking at the society . I don’t have any plans to instigate any anti social feelings, but I just want to bring you the flipside of the society. A side that we all ignore, a story that is unheard and a reality we all know, yet prefer to let it remain unknown. It’s just my take on the society. I am sure many of you might not agree and fill my comment box with nasty remarks. But that’s what flipside is all about. I won’t simply call it a modern approach to the society, but an approach worth giving a thought, if not physically trying it.

I could never understand the social obligations and boundations. And most importantly I could never figure out why they existed. If we consider that we are all born equal then why men always sought to be physically stronger and dominate us as if they owned us. And finally I was hard at picturing why women became their own worst enemies, when instead they should stick together and consider that as their strength? I was always baffled that if we have the freedom of choice that why can’t we chose our individuality, our identity? We live in a country which has been successfully following democracy for the last 62 years, yet half its population is still illiterate. We talk about education, empowerment, jobs and what not and yet we are a country with a large fraction of its population living below the poverty line.

This column is not about simply following the established practices of the society, not to blindly accept the written rules of the society, but to question their existence, re think over them and welcome a new perspective to life, vision to the world outside.

Today I bring to you the flipside, with an aim to break the line, with a dream to change the perpetually fixed mindsets and a step towards a better, sensible and enlightened tomorrow, in real terms.

That first I - don’t - know - how - to - start - post

THE WORLD THROUGH HAZEL EYES
First things first:
I am not a person with very deep thoughts; neither do I claim to be an extraordinarily outstanding writer. This column won’t talk about complexities at all. From language to meaning, I’m going keep it simple. I don’t say that the articles in here will be thought provoking, but a gush of thoughts will always swing in after you are done reading here.

About why the name is so:
No, I am not boasting about my eye colour or trying to make the name of my column sound smart. I am just trying to sell you my vision of the world and hence, the name.
So why not just ‘The World’ why the specific addition to it? Because, Sir there are 6,898,300,000 (the population) worlds not just one, discussing about which altogether will make the thoughts way too complex and complexity here, is forbidden. So, now you tell me, dealing with 6,898,300,000 worlds is easier or with just one world? – Reason for specification given in the title.

About what is going to be written?
The content will have what? Soft as well hard aspects of the world; the way I calculate them, the emotions that crawl into me whenever I witness anything usual or extraordinary, the thoughts that gnaw my brain noodles till I don’t derive a conclusion – all of it is what I am going to share with you HERE. I understand the fact that ambiguity for a writer is like a curse and that thou shall not suffer from confusion at any cost and thus, I assure you that whatever you read here WILL lead you not just somewhere but exactly where you should be.

About the way of writing:
I don’t completely support slangs OR formal English. For me the main aim is to make you understand my theories clear cut, and therefore my language may vary from one article to other in accord to the topic. I don’t see any harm in that.

About me:
The girl who has the hazel eyes is who I am. That should be enough for you, trust me.

Points to be noted:
When you read me, concentrate; for I might trick you otherwise.
Don’t expect me to be perfect for I am not even anywhere near to it.
I am you.

About today’s post:
Honestly speaking, I didn’t have any idea WHAT my first post is going to be. And then it struck me that before we meet someone, do we just start blabbering or do we introduce ourselves first? And then...
Then what?

I made the right choice *smirks*
Next week onwards, I start my real journey along with you. I am just another human with the same thoughts and trust me, I completely identify with your feelings. I hope you will be able to relate to my thoughts. It’s always a two – way thing, you see. So that’s pretty much about it.
Tata! Have a swe-eeet week you!

THOUGHTS AND PEPPER by ROSHNI PUNJABI

“Your country, when RIGHT, to be said RIGHT, when WRONG, to be put RIGHT”- J. F. Kennedy.

With India celebrating its 62nd Republic day just the a few days back, I’m sure everyone might have had an adrenaline rush of patriotism through their veins…. Same was the case with me friends… and to accompany it all was a simply great experience that I came across recently…
None of us, simply no one can be ignorant about the hospitality and the affection that our country and countrymen offer, and it makes no difference whatsoever whether the people are known to us… or complete ajnabi s….
Friends, this is just one of my numerous efforts to share the wonderful experiences and even the not so wonderful occurrences with all you people… so here it goes…..
Last week, I would not mention the exact date an place...not because of the obvious reason that it would seem uninteresting, but because of the fact that it does hold any significance, what is important is the feeling behind it, the emotion attached to it that makes the difference….so friends… resuming to where I was….last week I was traveling in a bus to reach a destination that was unknown to me… the reason... I being a novice in this pink city. After confirming that the bus would make me reach some place very close to my destination spot... I boarded it and took a seat (which I was lucky enough to bag) in that heavily overstuffed bus. The best part of the entire story occurred then… being sure that my conveyance would not make me reach the exact location as desired but somewhere around that place, I casually asked the bus conductor where I needed to leave the bus in order to reach where I had to….???
And believe me guys… that was the end of it!!!!!…. Except the conductor everyone around me heard my query… in fact not only heard it but also replied to it… my one question was literally blessed with replies springing up from each direction.

Everyone around me…simply everyone came up with one or the other reply. The list of directions that emerged one after the other seemed to be endless. With an old lady giving me a half- amused, half- dejected expressions…making me realize the gravity of the blunder that I had committed by getting into this particular bus... and in poured all the suggestions… “You shouldn’t have boarded this bus, it won’t go that way!”, “Ok, you can get down at that particular stop, your destination is just a five minutes walk away from there”, these just to mention a few. Similar advices appeared out of the blue for me…. And even till the bus stopped at the stop where I should be getting out of the bus according to most passengers surrounding me, the replies seemed to be a part of some continuous process, seamless and unending, with voices rising suddenly at regular intervals, “You should get down at the next stop.”, “Take a turn from the next lane after the stop.”, “It’s not that far, you can walk till there…”, and many more….huh!!!

It was at that particular moment that this thought struck me, to ponder over this incident and share it with you all. We almost daily hear the typical words, “There is nothing such as HUMANITY left in today’s world!!!” …who says so guys… there are exceptions for each and everything, and INDIA, no doubt friends, does not stand in the general rules. The people around, our country people, are so generous, so helpful, loving and kind… but have we ever thought it this way???? Instead if we confront any unsatisfactory situation or any event which should not have occurred, all we do is BLAME!! Blame the country, the government, as we call, the system and last but not the least, our very own country folk. But do we ever have the courtesy to speak one kind word, a word of thanking or even passing on a kind smile to a stranger… Why is that so?????

Friends, my motive behind this article is not to pinpoint the mistakes or our wrong doings, neither am I doing this to promote some kind of patriotism. What I simply want to convey is that in spite of being a part of the busy and hurriedly running world, we need to take time to pause and have a look around us. The people, the environment, our country and in fact, the entire world around us is as beautiful, as good as we think ourselves to be. All we need is a slight change in our perspective.
As is said,’ Beauty lies in the eyes that behold…”

With a promise to return back soon, with some more thoughts and some more pepper added to them…
 Take care
Adios
