February 17th 2011. Amity School of Hospitality organized Sham-E-Zyka a Candle Light dinner party. The objective of the event was to impart learning about the concept of quantity cooking among the students of ASH. The entire feast was enjoyed and appreciated by everyone who attended the party. Faculties applauded the efforts of the students specially the quality and the presentation of the food and the ambience created. The environment was up to the mark including soft music and glittering candles.
According to students it was a great opportunity for them to have a real time experience of organizing and managing the theme feast.
