Sangathan Day 3 started all bright and sunny with kabaddi semi finals match between MBA and ECE in which ECE qualified for the finals. It was followed by the 200m race (boys and girls) that had Mezbin Khanam of CSE stand victorious in the girls race while Rasheshyam Yadav of MIT bagged the gold in boys. After this we had the javelin throw. Surabhi Pareek(CSE) and Vishwendra Singh (CSE) bagged the gold in girls and boys respectively. Later in the 400m race, Abhimanyu Singh (ECE) and Neha (ROA) stood victorious in the boys and girls category respectively. We then had the basketball girls exhibition match where the Blacks stood victorious and in Volleyball girls also, the Blacks ruled. The volleyball Boys finals saw ECE emerging victorious while in Kabaddi finals MIT won after a pretty tough battle. Lawn Tennis singles finals saw a tough match between Prateek Das (ECE) and Jayant (CSE) in which Jayant stood victorious. The evening hosted badminton matches - boys. In singles,Pankaj (CSE) was the clear winner while in doubles also CSE bagged the gold with ROA standing second. With that sangathan Day 3 came to an end with maximum golds being bagged by CSE.
